At least £450 was raised for charity at a live music marathon at the The Bicton Inn and the total is still rising.
‘Music for Lungs’ was a 12 hour music marathon of 17 acts to raise money and awareness for the British Lung Foundation and for Sarah Wright, who has been already waiting 15 months, in her search for a suitable lung donor.
Exmouth mayor, John Humphreys opened the event with town crier Roger Bourgein.
The event was organised by landlady Alison Brockbank who despite only having one lung is taking part in a sponsored swim next week.
