An award-winning care service based in Budleigh Salterton has received regional recognition.

Home Instead Senior Care Exeter and East Devon has been named the best in-home care service for 2017 at the South West Enterprise Awards.

The Budleigh-based care service, in Brook Road, provides non-medical care for older people in their own homes.

In announcing the winner, Eve Brown, awards executive at organisers SME News said: “Based on the client feedback and the outstanding service they have provided over the past 12 months, it is a delight to award the company this year and celebrate their efforts.”

Owner Mark McGlade said: “My team and I are pleased and privileged to have had our hard work and commitment to high standards of service acknowledged in this way.

“I would like to thank SME News for honouring Home Instead in the 2017 South West Enterprise Awards.”
