Held at East Budleigh village hall, between 11am and 1pm, on Saturday, May 19, the two-hour, hands-on cooking class, promises to give ‘veg inspiration’.

The event is open to people of all abilities, who will learn essential skills to turn a box of vegetables into a tasty meal.

There will be time to ask questions and gain individual guidance, before sitting down to eat the meal over a glass of organic wine or beer.

A spokesman for Riverford said it was a good way for potential customers to learn more about where Riverford produce comes from and meet likeminded people in their area, while learning an array of new cooking skills.
