Fire crews rescue children from Budleigh home

Fire crews have rescued two children who were locked in a house in Budleigh Salterton.

A fire appliance from the town’s fire station was called to the incident in Clarence Road at 4.07pm yesterday afternoon (Wednesday).

Firefighters used small tools to release the young children, who were uninjured, from the property.

They were then reunited with their mother.
