Exmouth police are appealing for help with their investigation into chocolate thefts from a shop in Littleham.
Exmouth police have released CCTV images of two men they believe hold information relating to thefts from a shop in Littleham.
Officers said boxes chocolates have been stolen from the Co-op, at Littleham Cross.
Police Constable Sarah Henley is appealing for anyone who can identify the males photographed to get in touch.
She said the chocolate was stolen shortly before New Year’s Eve.
PC Henley said of the culprits: “They entered separately and then met together in the chocolate area and selected boxes of chocolates. A male with a rucksack acted as a look out whilst a second male placed the items into his bag before they both left the store.”
The police have released a description of the men captured on the store’s CCTV cameras.
The first man was wearing a dark shiny jacket and light blue jeans with royal blue Adidas trainers. His dark hair was shaved.
Police said the second man had dark gelled-styled hair. He was wearing a black zipped top, black trousers and black and white trainers with green laces.
He was carrying a dark-coloured rucksack, with white piping, on his back.
If you can help Exmouth police with any information about the thefts, or can identify the men, contact PC Henley on 101, quoting crime reference KE/11/3360.
