An abandoned moped on fire in Exmouth on New Year’s Day was extinguished by firefighters
Exmouth firefighters were called to Maer Lane on New Year’s Day when an abandoned moped was reported on fire.
The crew was called to the scene shortly after 10pm to put out the flames.
A Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “One hose reel jet was used by crews to extinguish the fire which had destroyed the moped.”
