Exmouth: fire in electric shower

Firefighters were called to Bradham Lane on Friday morning when a fire broke out in an electric shower.
Firefighters from Exmouth were called to Withycombe Raleigh shortly before 8am this morning following reports a fire had broken out in a home at Bradham Lane.
When the crews arrived at the property they found a fire involving an electric shower in the ground floor of the property.
The firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used one hose reel and covering jet to extinguish the fire.
A ventilation fan was used to clear smoke from the property.
