SUNDAY’S Classic Vehicle Gathering in Exmouth was a roaring success, with more cars on show and more funds raised than last year’s event.
Around 250 vehicles arrived from across the South West at Exmouth’s Imperial Rec Ground, raising at least £1,500 for Devon Air Ambulance.
“It was absolutely fantastic,” said David Morgan from organisers The Morris Minor Owners Club. “The vehicle exhibitors all had a great time. We had a number of new car clubs this year and the public came in and enjoyed an informal and relaxed affair with a great array of vehicles, covering seven decades.”
Next year’s event is scheduled for Sunday, August 17, 2014.
