Exmouth’s Coastwatch guardians presented with awards

Awards were presented to Exmouth National Coastwatch Institution members for their hard work and dedication to the service.

Certificates and awards were presented to Exmouth National Coastwatch Institution members for their dedication to the sea safety service.

A spokesman for NCI Exmouth said: “They are the latest of a number of recent volunteers who have completed their training and passed their assessment together with a VHF radio qualification.”

Exmouth NCI welcomes new volunteers to join its existing team.

The spokesman added: “Additional volunteers will help to enable Exmouth Coastwatch to continue the new regime of increased watch times and thereby providing greater safety for those using the beach and estuary throughout the year.”
