An Exmouth town centre florist turned its attention from blooms to buns to raise money to help support people affected by breast cancer.

Charles Moore and Sam George, who are owners of Daffodils, in Church Street, invited caring residents with a sweet tooth to a cake and coffee morning which took place at the shop.

The event was held as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

A total of £304.50 was raised by the event, which was attended by customers and supporters including Exmouth town crier Roger Bourgein.

Charles and Sam said they would like to thank everyone who supported their event and helped to make it a success.

People and businesses who provided support included Tesco, The Royal Beacon Hotel, Howard at the Crusty Cob, Total Tee, Lisa from Swift Removals and many more.
