A fundraising concert will take place this Saturday (February 24) at 7.30pm at East Budleigh’s All Saints Church.

The concert – performed by the University of Exeter Chapel Choir – is in aid of Friends of All Saints and will help to pay for electrical work in and around the church, particularly floodlighting and footpath lighting.

The concert features a wide range of sacred and secular music, including Zadok the Priest and Bohemian Rhapsody.

The choir is an ensemble of student musicians who sing liturgical services at the university chapels.

“It also performs concerts at Exeter Cathedral and has also appeared on television.

“Get your tickets early as this promises to be a sell-out,” said churchwarden Paul Kurowski.

Tickets are £10, including refreshments in the interval.

Tickets can be purchased from East Budleigh Garage, East Budleigh Community Shop, the RMC office in St Peter’s Church Budleigh Salterton, or contact Paul Kurowski on 01395 742942.
