The South West’s leading self-build and renovation event returns to the Bath and West Showground to inspire home owners on November 17-18 .

As the self-build industry continues to grow with individual homeowners building over 15,300 homes in 2011 - more homes than any of the UK’s largest developers - The Homebuilding and Renovating Show returns to the South West to help hundreds of aspiring self-builders and renovators achieve their vision.

Whether you’re planning a renovation or embarking on a self-build journey, the largest self-build, renovating and home improvement event in the South West, The Homebuilding and Renovating Show, provides the widest range of groundbreaking and exciting self-build and renovation solutions.

The show is the biggest self-build and renovation event in the South West and it’s going to be a fantastic weekend featuring daily seminar sessions, specialist masterclasses and advice from experts such as Real Homes editor in chief Michael Holmes and self build consultant Barry Sutcliff.

Meet over 150 specialist local and national companies, offering the best services, people and products for your project and compare 1000s of products in one place. This year features a new Planning Clinic where chartered town planner Sally Tagg, will be joined by a team of experts offering one-to-one consultations and guiding you through the Government’s recent changes to the planning process.
