Police are apealing for help tracing three hooded men seen trying car door handles in The Colony.
Police are keen to trace three youths believed to have been vandalising cars in The Colony.
Officers said three men wearing hooded tops were spotted trying car door handles in Rosebery Road at around 11.45pm on Friday October 19.
Access to cars was not gained but one youth was seen by a witness to kick a wing mirror of a parked car.
Police community support officer Colin Balch is appealing for information about the youths. He would like to hear from witnesses.
He said one of the male’s hooded tops was light in colour, the other two were dark coloured.
The PCSO said: “A resident was alerted to them by the noise they were making and shouted at them causing them to run off.
“A Blue Vauxhall Corsa hatchback was later found to be damaged. It’s bonnet being dented in as if it had been walked upon or kicked.”
Call PCSO Balch with information on 101, or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
