Brixington Pre-school will be hosting Christmas bingo on Friday, December 7, with eyes down at 7.30pm.

PROPOSAL BACKED: Plans to build three rooms for holiday letting have been supported by Exmouth Town Council.

The rooms would be constructed in the rear garden of 12 Hartley Road. The plan will also see a detached garage being demolished and reconstructed.

East Devon District Council will have the final say on the plans.

FUNDRAISER: A grand flea market is being held in Withycombe Methodist Church hall on Saturday, November 17, from 10.30am until 2pm.

There will be a host of items on sale, including books, bric-a-brac and cards.

All are welcome.

-----

ANXIETY: Young people from Devon are being surveyed about seeking help for an emotional problem.

LINk Devon wants to hear from young adults, aged between 14 and 25, who have experienced feelings of stress, low mood or anxiety.

It is keen to find out if they sought help and whether or not they received help, and at the right time.

The survey hopes to identify areas for improvement in service provision.
