An Exmouth teenager has been arrested in connection with last week’s fire in Kay Close.
Police say the 17-year-old male was arrested on suspicion of burglary, theft, arson and criminal damage, and he has been released on police bail until November 5, to appear at Heavitree Road police station.
Police and the fire service have launched a joint investigation into the fire, which gutted one bungalow and left others with smoke damage.
