Police are appealing after an elderly man was assaulted in the Exmouth Indoor Market on Monday.
The man sustained head injuries after being attacked at around 4:30pm on April 15 in Manchester Street by a gang of youths.
Police say the man was viciously attacked, punched and knocked to the ground. The injuries sustained, required hospital treatment.
Anyone with any information is asked to make contact via the Devon and Cornwall Police website on email 101, quoting log 543 ,15th April 2024.
