Exmouth Rotary Club is holding a classic car and bike show on the Imperial Recreation Ground this summer.

Taking place on Saturday July 6 from 10am to 4pm. Residents are invited owners of classic cars and bikes to display their vehicles at their show. Entries for the event, email exmouthrotary@outlook.com for an application form and more details.

As well as the cars, there will be food and drink stalls, a play area and a Fun-tasia bouncy castle football games and other games including bubbles and balloon modelling. There will also be the Fudge Fairy, tombola for soft toys, bottle stall and a raffle.

A spokesman for the show said: "Our classic car and bike show is aimed at bringing together owners of cherished cars and motorbikes ranging from vintage to modern-day cult classics and showing them off to the public."

Hospiscare are supporting the event, with all proceeds going to them. They will be there on the day with branded tees alongside rotarians. People can help steward the event, if interested email the rotary. Entry is free however donations to the Hospiscare charity will help them to continue providing care at home to thousands of East Devon residents.

This is one of many events organised by the Rotary to support the local community and follows on from a very successful string of Christmas community events including the Christmas tree in the Magnolia centre and the santa sleigh which was taken to the Deaf Academy and neighbourhoods. 

Exmouth Rotarians are proud to give their support for Hospiscare and many other charities as well as supporting community projects including tree planting in Phear Park, Exmouth in Bloom and the fitments in the Juniper unit and Marpool Primary School.
