FootGolf on the Exe at Exmouth Road, Exton will be holding a one-day charity event supporting Exmouth RNLI this month.
Taking place on Sunday, October 29 from 1am to 5pm, all entry fees from customers playing their ‘crazy golf with a football’ course will be donated to the RNLI.
All are welcome to attend this amazing fundraiser that involves playing 18 holes on the FootGolf football golf course resulting in an individual score and two pairs scores.
This will be the first of three planned events over the next year for the 200th anniversary of the RNLI in 2024.
Fancy dress is encouraged to make it an even more fun event for individual participants, groups, families and anyone over 5 years of age to enjoy. FootGolf will supply footballs, scorecards and pencils for the tournament and medals for best individual and pair scores during the day.
To avoid disappointment, participants are encouraged to book their places online in advance of the event at this link https://www.footgolfontheexe.co.uk/book-online
Des White, chair of Exmouth RNLI fundraising team said: “This is an amazing and very generous offer by FootGolf of three fun filled, family-orientated, events planned over the next year to raise funds for Exmouth RNLI. Please come along and support this great event, have fun and raise important funds for our lifesaving charity. The proceeds of this fundraiser will be used for essential training and equipment for the volunteer Exmouth lifeboat crews to enable them to continue their work saving lives at sea.”
