Mackerel cause the sea to boil at Budleigh beach

Scores of people lined the beach at Budleigh and watched as the sea boiled with mackerel, attracted by whitebait near the shoreline. People scooped up bucket-loads of fish with some giving them away to passers-by as there were too many to take home. A dolphin was also spotted hunting the fish.
