How many of you, like me, are worried about the lack of information that is available about this project?
It has been suggested that the developer will be responsible for having engaged with the public before making a formal application to go ahead. I however think that the developer is thinknig that EDDC will do this.
Attempts to obtain any papers that are relevant are blocked by EDDC because of a clause in the local government act, that prevents their circulation for reasons of confidentiality, a contract between EDDC and the developer!!
